Find and mark the next part of the buffer matching the currently active region.

C-c C-r `rename-sgml-tag`

Rename the current tag (closest from point nesting-wise). Get it here

C-x r t `inline-string-rectangle`

Replace rectangle contents with visual feedback as you type.
